‘A Food Hall inspired by an Italian street’ is the slogan for the recently developed Food Hall at Rome Fiumicino Airport Terminal 1, which captured the award for Airside Food Hall of the Year.

It was built around three concepts: coffee, craft beer and Italian cuisine, to capture the attention of all traveller segments. It plays on Mediterranean codes such as the orange tree, the terrace atmosphere and seating and outdoor lamps.

Key partnerships include Italian coffee name Illy, Doppio Malto beer and famous trattoria Farinella, blending an impressive roster of classic dishes with a twist plus street food items, all connected through heritage brands.
