Welcome to this edition of The FAB eZine, in which we present highlights of The Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) + Hospitality Conference & Awards held in Ontario, California on 25-26 June.
In this issue we review all the conference sessions and feature highlights of the annual FAB Awards.
The two-day conference delivered many talking points, from the costs of doing business and the concessions model to diversity, sustainability, digitalisation, innovation and the latest consumer trends. We present session by session coverage in these pages.
The FAB Awards – drawn from over 300 entries this year – provided an emotional conclusion, with the results saying much about the diversity and excellence of our channel. Read on for details of our winners and short-listed entries, alongside comments from the judges.
